It appears as a dark blue powder with no visible impurities and exhibits excellent solubility, with a solubility of over 98% in water at 20℃. Its core component is phycocyanin (content ≥ 95%), along with a small amount of algal polysaccharides (≤ 3%) and 18 amino acids, including all 8 essential amino acids, resulting in a rich nutritional composition.
